"Order never showed up"
I placed my order and got a tracking number, but it basically never moved after that. The delivery date came and went, and still nothing showed up. I emailed support and got some generic reply telling me to wait a few more days. Now it’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have my stuff. i feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. Super annoying, and I definitely won’t be ordering again.

A lot of the reviews just seemed way too perfect, and that kind of threw me off. I ended up backing out because I didn’t really trust it.

"The discounts didn’t really feel worth it to me"
I was hoping the promo codes would make a decent difference, but most of them either didn’t work or barely took anything off. For me, it ended up feeling like more effort than it was worth.

"At first the price seemed totally reasonable..."
At first the price seemed totally reasonable, but then I got to checkout and a bunch of extra fees suddenly popped up!!! It really ruined the whole thing for me!!! Definitely won’t be using this again!!!

"Codes looked promising, but didn’t work"
I tried a few coupon codes from myfave.com and, none of them worked for me at checkout. They looked like they were active, so I guess the site is trying to be helpful, but the store kept saying the codes were invalid or expired. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it felt like a waste of time. I wish they checked the codes a bit better before posting them.

"Ended Up Giving Up on My Phone"
In the end, I just gave up trying to use it on my phone. The site kept loading slowly, and I was getting confused trying to find my way around. It might be better on a computer, but on mobile it was frustrating.

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
The communication was really frustrating. At first it seemed like everything would be straightforward, but once I started asking for updates, replies took forever. And when they did get back to me, the answers were vague and didn’t really explain what was going on. It kind of gave me a bait and switch feeling, like the service sounded good upfront but the follow-through wasn’t there. Maybe the actual service is fine, but being left guessing the whole time made the experience disappointing.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I tried using MyFave at a few places that were listed in the app, but most of them told me they don’t accept it anymore. It was frustrating going out of my way just to find out the info wasn’t up to date. i don’t think it’s worth using unless they keep the merchant list current.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I tried Fave thinking it would be simple to use, but it really ended up feeling kind of messy. The pages were slow, some of the info I expected just wasn’t there, and I had to click around way too much to find basic things.

Overall, it really didn’t match what I was expecting. The whole experience felt unfinished and a bit frustrating, so I gave up after a while. i probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make some serious improvements

"Voucher didn’t work when I tried to use it"
I tried using my voucher the other day, but it was already showing as not valid. I was just trying to place a quick order while having coffee, so it was annoying to get stopped at checkout like that. Ended up not being able to use it at all

"Refund was slower than I expected"
I requested a refund through myfave.com and it did eventually go through, so I can't really complain too much. Compared to other sites I’ve used, though, it felt a bit slower than usual and took a few extra days beyond what I was expecting. Support did respond, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t especially smooth either. I got my money back in the end, which is what mattered most

"Cashback didn’t track for me"
I tried using myfave.com mainly for the cashback, but it just never showed up on my account. I gave it a few days and went back to check if I’d missed anything, but everything seemed fine on my end. Support didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing feel frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but based on my experience, it felt like a waste of time.

"Payment was a mess"
I tried to pay twice and both times it just errored out. Meanwhile, my bank is showing pending charges, so now I’m stuck waiting to see what actually happens. I reached out to support, but it felt like there wasn’t a real person there who could actually help. Frustrating experience, and I don’t plan on using it again.

"Good deals, but booking can be frustrating"
I’ve used myfave.com a few times now, my feelings are a bit mixed. The deals can look really tempting, and when you first buy them it feels like you’ve scored something great, but the excitement kind of drops when you try to lock in a date.

A few of the places I tried had limited slots, usually weekdays or awkward times that didn’t really work for me. I ended up having to message or call around, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than I expected.

I did manage to use my voucher in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the available dates and times were clearer before buying, because it’s annoying getting your hopes up and then realizing booking isn’t that straightforward.

"Pretty disappointed"
I really wanted to like myfave.com, but the whole experience felt kind of messy and frustrating. Things didn’t run as smoothly as I expected, and I ended up spending way more time than I should have just trying to get through it. If it doesn’t improve soon, I’ll probably stop using it and go somewhere else.

"Setting up my account was a pain"
I tried to make an account and, uh, it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I kept getting stuck on the setup page, and the confirmation emails took forever to show up. Not exactly the best first impression.
